Regulations：
  1. Limit one entry per person (name, email address, and company name) to participant per activity. In addition to Early Bird Registration draw activities.
  2. e21FORUM reserves the rights of all promotion items.
  3. The prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and credit.
  4. In accordance with tax regulations, prizewinners shall withhold 10% for taxes if the value of the prize exceeds NTD 20,000.
  5. Prizewinners shall fill out claim ticket with detailed information such as prize type, recipient name, ID number, address, email address and phone number.
  6. Prizewinners shall present original ID or passport and the Winning Notice for prizes collection.
  7. Prizewinners shall pick up the prizes in person at event reception counters on June 5. 2018Prizewinners who fail to show up will be considered as having given up the right to collect the prizes. e21FORUM is not responsible for any loss or damage resulted from the action.
  8. Prizewinners accept responsibility for all taxes, tips and other liabilities. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. e21FORUM is not liable for any tax, levies and/or charges. Prizewinners shall undertake any other payments related to taxation. e21FORUM reserves the right to substitute or replace the gift/ prizes with other gift/ prizes of similar value without consultation or prior notice to the participant/ winners.
  9. By entering the Prize and/ or Lucky Draw, participants signify their acceptance and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Prize and Lucky Draw as well as those pertaining to the prizes.
  10. e21FORUM reserves the right to amend or add additional provisions to the terms and conditions of the Prize and Lucky Draw without prior notice. No participants may raise any objections to such amendments or additions in any circumstances to withdraw or discontinue the Prize and/ or Lucky Draw at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
  11. e21FORUM is not responsible for any problems and loss in damage in connection with the gift/prizes after the gift/prizes is/are collected.
  12. e21FORUM is not responsible for any computer, Internet, telephone or technical problems that cause delay, loss, mistakes, or damage in participants' information.
